Sheleste Richardson

Sheleste Richardson is the CEO of She’L Plan LLC, an event planning, organizing, and administrative assisting company, that helps keep your hands free so you can create.

Her clients include: Disney, No Drama Entertainment INC, Redeeming Light Community Services INC, LiVe Church, Every Kid Outreach, Keeping Up Services, and 3 Cord Counseling.

Before starting She’L Plan, Sheleste was administrative/personal assistant to various artists and businesses.

Sheleste is the wife of James Richardson, Director of Culinary at Vitality and mother to has three beautiful children Amayia(19), James Jr. (14), and Jazelle (13), which is what she is most proud of in her life.

Sheleste served as a mentor for Young life for over 5 years in Tallahassee, and Orlando, Florida. Next, she became a coordinator for Every Kid Outreach all girls mentoring group called, “G-RATED.” Which mentored girls who wanted to attend college or become an entrepreneur after high school.

Sheleste has been and still is working with major gospel artists like Javis Mays, John P. Kee, and others. Her love for music and wanting to make sure the artist can concentrate on that without worrying about anything else is what she strives for. As of late, she has decided to be an example to her mentees and children by going back to college to finish her degree in psychology with a minor in Business Administration at University of Central Florida (UCF). Her mission in life is to help everyone simplify life, and give them the freedom to create their own way.
